Three-Day Bible Study on the Blessed Hope of Christ’s Second Coming

From 24th to 26th January 2026, our church was richly blessed to host a three-day Bible Study focused on Spiritual Growth and the Blessed Hope of a Christian. The sessions were held both in the morning (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and evening (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM), allowing many believers to participate and be spiritually enriched.

The Bible study was led by Pr. Babu George from Pathanapuram, who delivered in-depth, Spirit-filled teachings rooted firmly in the Word of God. Throughout the three days, the congregation experienced a renewed hunger for Scripture and a deeper understanding of God’s redemptive plan.

Evidences of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ

A major focus of the study was the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The speaker clearly explained the biblical evidences from both the Old Testament and the New Testament, showing how God’s promises, prophecies, and teachings consistently point toward Christ’s glorious return. These sessions strengthened the faith of believers and reminded the church to live watchfully, faithfully, and in readiness for His coming.

Spiritual Growth and a Growing Church

Another important theme was spiritual growth, both at a personal and corporate level. The teachings emphasized that true Christian maturity comes through continuous meditation on the Word of God and a life of prayer. The church was encouraged to grow not merely in numbers, but in Christlikeness, unity, and obedience to God’s will.

Practical guidance was shared on how a church must continually grow in Christ, remaining spiritually alert, grounded in Scripture, and empowered by prayer. Believers were reminded that spiritual growth is a lifelong journey that requires discipline, commitment, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.

A Time of Renewal and Blessing

The Bible study was a time of spiritual renewal, learning, and encouragement for everyone who attended. Many testified to being strengthened in their faith and inspired to deepen their personal walk with God.

We thank God for His presence throughout these three days and for using His servant to minister His Word so powerfully. May the truths learned continue to bear fruit in our lives as we eagerly await the blessed hope — the glorious appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ.
